Who am I?

I am Enrique Gutierrez and I was born in Los Angeles, California. I grew up in a Hispanic household with Mexican and Nicaraguan family descent from my parents. I can speak and read Spanish fluently as Spanish was the primary language used at home.

My parents are hard workers and they managed to give their three kids everything they can ask for. Under my mother, I was very privileged and given the best education that can be given to someone from Southern California. I attended St. John Bosco High School and I am now a current student at San Jose State University.

While studying at San Jose, I am majoring in Journalism. I hope to guide myself into a field within sports journalism as my dream job would be working as a reporter on MLB Network. I am interested in this type of field because I grew up watching baseball and sports journalism is something I have worked on in the past in high school.
