Asensus Surgical also holds a spot in the NYSE: The New York Stock Exchange under ticker symbol $ASXC. The company had previous success as TransEnterix and looks to take off within the next five to ten years with their rebranded name.
According to The Motley Fool, Asensus has already raised more than $100 million in 2021. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, systems last year performed over 1,450 procedures.
Asensus Surgical is at the beginning of continuing their founding fathers legacy, expect their systems to be introduced to different hospitals across the globe.
